Depending on the UV levels where you are, you may decide that having the mast under the cover is better for protecting the external coating on the mast.

There is an official Weta cover available from Weta dealers (such as West Coast) for the mast stowed configuration. http://www.westcoastsailing.net/default/weta-deck-cover.html

However,  an off-the-shelf speedboat cover fits quite well as the width and height of the ama arms on the trolley and the shape overall aren’t far off the speedboat dimensions – and it helps keep the sun off the trolley tyres too.

        Mast Up Covers

If you’re going to keep your boat fully rigged then you’ll need a cover to protect the tramps from UV.  There are a few manufacturers around the world although most sail/boat cover makers could probably make one up.

This is the UK version which is made by Rain and Sun
They have a version in PVC or Hydralite fabric

        USA
Kinder Industries in Rhode Island have made a mast up cover using a Polyester fabric called Top Gun designed for outdoor storage when the boat is completely rigged and assembled

        Over-winter Covers
Finally there there are custom covers in the USA designed for over-wintering in harsh conditions.

I have the cover from the UK, and I L.O.V.E. it.  High quality.

My only caveat about the Rain & Sun covers is that they don’t fully cover the bottom of the amas or the main hull. If you have a colour that fades in UV (e.g. Yellow) then you can end up with a “tide mark” halfway down the hull. The other thing is that the cover has loads of straps which clip together to secure it which is robust but time consuming – a drawstring or shockcord around the edge of the “skirt” would make it much easier to secure.
